he SHINE Leader (real identity still unknown) is a non-playable character. He is the person behind SHINE's operations.
Not much is known about him, only that at certain point he saved Shirley's life (in one way or another) and gave her "a second chance" inviting her to the organization.
He's Brazel's boss too, but is said not to trust much on him.
SHINE's leader actual nature is not known, but he has shown to have some energy powers of his own. He is probably an EVA Hybrid himself.
